super fit interim report

Nearly everyday i have looked forward to and tried my hardest in this superfit class. Although a couple of classes i had forgotten my shoes, i almost always come prepared and if i am not i participate to the full extent of which i can without the item i have forgotten.

contributions: I feel that i am a good motivator in the class and keep other people happy.

injury: when i feel like i am injured or feel as though i am going to get injured, i will step away and take a break or get help from a doctor as i did when i realized i have asthma when we did the spin class.

connections with the community: i play softball in the spring and my field hockey fall season has just ended.

personal goals and plans for continued growth: i go to the gym on a regular basis and will play sports for the rest of my life.

I think for super fit this semester i deserve a G. I deserve this because i have come to every class and tried my hardest and have put my effort into all the class decisions.
