During the duration of the first bit of superfit I have missed around five classes due to a concussion. There aren't any classes that I don't participate in because I don't understand why people would even bother coming to class if they aren't going to do what we are doing. I haven't forgotten p.e strip, in gets to event if I did forget it, I would borrow some of my friends and still participate in class. The above has not effected my ability to participate in p.e.
I think my participation during fitness days it as good as it can be. I try as hard as I can while doing the fitness because I am in class so I might as well participate. I don't really think I ca improve my participation, but one thing I am able to improve is to accept the fact that there will be times wee il be doing fitness I don't like and to not complain about it.
I'd like to think that I contribute a positive attitude to my superfit block because I bring a good happy energy to class. I find this class to be a bit of a struggle because of the fact that we are paired with the lame p.e 12 class. I think it is frustrating that the senior p.e has choices but superfit doesn't, I feel like we should have a choice of if we want to play a game at least like once a week. I can make this class better for myself and others by encouraging other students that the class will work out even though nobody is entirely happy with the situation we have been put in.

superfit continued...
This past weekend and many weekends before that, my softball team had many tournaments. last weekend we had in house play downs, where we had two back to back games. The winner of this little tournament continues on to districts, and if they do well there they will go to provincials, which are in the lower main land this year. Our team made it to districts and with lots of practice and luck hopefully we make it to provincials, like my team did last year. this weekend my team has an away tournament to naniamo, unfortunatly i have to work this weekend and wont be able to go, im sure they will still do great things though.

super fit interim report
Nearly everyday i have looked forward to and tried my hardest in this superfit class. Although a couple of classes i had forgotten my shoes, i almost always come prepared and if i am not i participate to the full extent of which i can without the item i have forgotten.
contributions: I feel that i am a good motivator in the class and keep other people happy.
injury: when i feel like i am injured or feel as though i am going to get injured, i will step away and take a break or get help from a doctor as i did when i realized i have asthma when we did the spin class.
connections with the community: i play softball in the spring and my field hockey fall season has just ended.
personal goals and plans for continued growth: i go to the gym on a regular basis and will play sports for the rest of my life.

Why take superfit?
I took superfit because i wanted to be active in an area that wasn't a sport. Also because i want to improve my overall fitness in an encouraging and fun environment. :)
